Our 2003-04 season is in full swing after a very successful production of, “The Nutcracker,” in December 2003. Dance Theatre of Pennsylvania was proud to present this production for the first time at the fabulous Mitchell Performing Arts Center in Bryn Athyn, PA.
Another exciting “first” will be the upcoming premiere of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, choreographed for us by the very talented Matthew Neenan of the Pennsylvania Ballet. This ballet is made possible in part by a grant from Dance Advance, a program funded by the Pew Charitable Trusts and administered by Drexel University, and a grant from The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown, PA. Rehearsals are underway, props and sets are being built, costumes are being sewn, all to bring you this new spring performance. Watch for updates as we progress toward the show in June!
